摘 要:目的探讨超声造影剂声诺维(SonoVue)及对比脉冲序列成像技术(CPS)在肾、膀胱占位性病变中的应用价值。方法对88例二维超声发现肾、膀胱异常回声结节,可疑肾、膀胱占位性病变的患者行实时超声造影,造影结果与病理对照。结果造影提示肾恶性肿瘤41例,良性肿瘤8例,膀胱恶性肿瘤35例,膀胱良性病变4例。病理证实为肾恶性肿瘤38例,良性肿瘤11例,膀胱恶性肿瘤34例,膀胱良性病变5例。超声造影误诊4例。诊断肾、膀胱占位性病变敏感性、特异性和准确性分别为94.73%、75.00%、95.45%。结论超声造影在诊断肾、膀胱占位性病变及鉴别肿瘤的良恶性方面有重要的临床使用价值。Purpose To explore the value of ultrasound contrast agent SonoVue and Cadence Pulse sequencing (CPS) in diagnosing renal and bladder occupied lesions. Methods Conventional and eontrast-enhaneed ultrasound were performed on 88 suspected renal and bladder occupied lesions. The results were compared with that of pathology. Results Contrast-enhanced uhrasonography diagnosed 41renal malignant lesions, 8 renal benign lesions, 35 bladder malignant lesions and 4 bladder benign lesions. While pathology, showed 38 renal malignant lesions, 11 renal benign lesions, 34 bladder malignant lesions, 5 bladder benign lesions. The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of contrastenhanced uhrasonography in the diagnosis of renal bladder occupied lesions with were 94.7%, 75.0%, 95,4%, respectively. Conclusion Contrast-enhaneed ultrasound is important in differential diagnosis of the renal and bladder oeeupied lesions.
