青少年手机病致手腕疼痛的诊断和综合治疗

摘　　要：目的：探讨青少年手机病致手腕疼痛的动力学、病因病机、诊断标准及治疗方法并评价其治疗效果。方法：青少年手机病致手腕疼痛29例，男19例，女10例；年龄16～24岁，平均20．7岁；学生27例，从业者2例；hi侧1例，右侧28例，均为单侧发病。采用手法按摩加冬青油外搽并结合宣教，适当加强功能锻炼等综合治疗。结果：29例患者获得随访，随访时间2个月～2年，平均4个月，痊愈26例，有效2例，无效1例，治愈率89．7％，有效率96．6％。结论：青少年手机病致手腕疼痛采用传统手法按摩、冬青油外搽及功能锻炼能达到良好疗效，但是积极的宣传教育和患者的自我控制能力在预防和治疗过程中也不容忽视。Objective ：To disscuss the dynamics, pathogenesis, diagnosis standard and method of treatment to wrist numbness and ache cause by adolescent handset sickness, then evaluate the curative effect. Methods：Twenty-nine patients with wrist numbness and ache caused by handest sickness included 19 male and 10 female with the average age of 20.7 years ranging from 16 to 24 years. Among them,27 cases were students, 2 cases were employees. One of them felt left-side discomfortable, anther 27 felt right-side, all of them were single-side wrong. The technique massage and the Holly oil were applied, complex therapies of education, publicity and proper function exercises were used. Results： All patients received a period of followed-up ranging from 2 months to 2 years （mean 4 months）. The results were convalescent in 26 cases,effectiv in 2 cases,invalid in 1 case. The curing rate was 89. 7%, effective rate was 96. 6%. Conclusion： For patients with wrist numbness and ache caused by adolescent handset sickness, the traditional-method massaging, the Holly oil applying and function exercises can achieve curative effect. Also the positive propaganda education and patients＇selt-control abilities are not allowed to ignored.
