摘  要:目的:观察中等强度游泳运动对大鼠非酒精性脂肪性肝病模型体质量、肝脏质量和血生化指标的影响。方法:实验于2005-03/07在河北省医学科学院实验室进行。取22只雄性SD大鼠单纯随机分为3组:①对照组(n=6):给予普通饮食8周。②模型组(n=8):喂高脂饲料(普通饲料的基础上加10%猪油和2%的胆固醇)8周。③运动组(n=8):喂高脂饲料,并进行中等强度的游泳运动,游泳每周5d,1次/d,90min/次,共8周。8周后测定各组大鼠体质量后处死大鼠,测定肝脏质量(湿),检测血清谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶、三酰甘油、游离脂肪酸水平,并比较各组肝脏组织切片观察肝细胞脂肪变性程度。结果:21只大鼠进入结果分析。①实验8周后模型组体质量和肝脏质量(湿)显著高于对照组和运动组(P<0.05)。②模型组血清谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶都显著高于对照组[(912.18±252.71),(419.25±74.34)nkat/L;(3.28±0.78),(2.19±0.33)μkat/L,P<0.05],运动组谷丙转氨酶显著低于模型组[(536.94±186.7)nkat/L,P<0.05]。③模型组和运动组三酰甘油水平都高于对照组[(0.96±0.10),(0.68±0.06),(0.57±0.04)mmol/L,P<0.05],但运动组低于模型组(P<0.05)。④各组大鼠游离脂肪酸水平差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。⑤模型组肝细胞脂肪变性程度显著重于对照组(P<0.05),运动组显著轻于模型组(P<0.05),但仍然显著比对照组严重(P<0.05)。结论:中等强度的游泳运动能降低非酒精性脂肪性肝病模型大鼠血清谷丙转氨酶活性和三酰甘油水平,减轻肝细胞脂肪变性程度,提示中等强度的游泳能在一定程度上预防高脂饮食造成的非酒精性脂肪性肝病。AIM: To observe the effect of moderate intensity swimming training on body mass, mass of liver and serum biochemical parameters in rats with nonalcoholic fatty liver diseases. METHODS: The experiment was conducted in the laboratory of Henan Medical Science Institute from March to July 2005. Twenty-two male SD rats were randomly assigned to 3 groups: (1)Control group (n=6) with routine diet for 8 weeks. (2)Model group (n=8) with high-fat-diet (10% lard and 2% cholest added to routine diet) for 8 weeks. (3)Training group (n=8) with high-fat-diet and moderate intensity swimming, five days in one week, once daily, 90 minutes each time for 8 weeks. Eight weeks later, the body mass of the rats was determined before killed, and the wet weight of liver, serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartic aminotransferase (AST), triglyceride (TG), free fatty acid (FFA) were measured and the hepatopathological manifestations were compared. RESULTS: A total of 21 rats entered the result analysis. (1)Eight weeks after experiment, the body mass and wet weight of liver of the model group were obviously higher than the control group and training group (P 〈 0.05). (2)Serum AST, ALT and TG of rats in model group were significantly higher than the control group [(912.18±252.71), (419.25±74.34) nkat/L, (3.28±0.780), (2.19±0.33) μkat/L, P 〈 0.05]; the AST of the training group was markedly lower than the model group [(536.94±186.7) nkat/L, P 〈 0.05]. (3)The TG levels in the model and training group were higher than the control group [(0.96±0.10), (0.68±0.06), (0.57±0.04) mmol/L, P 〈 0.05], but the training group was lower than the model group (P 〈 0.05). (4)There was no significant difference in the FFA of each group (P 〉 0.05). (5)The hepatic steatosis of the model group was more severe compared with the control group (P 〈 0.05), the training group was obviously lighter than the model group �
