术中经颅多普勒监护治疗内侧型蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨经颅多普勒(TCD)在内侧型蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤术中监护的方法及临床应用价值。方法在术中TCD监护下切除内侧型蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤18例。结果肿瘤全切10例,大部分切除5例,部分切除3例。无死亡病例,仅1例出现术后长期的肢体偏瘫。结论术中合理应用TCD监护技术有助于提高手术切除内侧型蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤的疗效。Objective To explore the clinical application of intraoperative transcranial Doppler （TCD） monitoring to microsurgery for medial sphenoid ridge meningiomas and its value. Method The microsurgery under TCD monitoring was performed in 18 patients with medial sphenoid ridge meningiomas from January 2003 to October 2005. Results Of 18 cases of medial sphenoid ridge meningiomas, 10 were totally resected, 5 in great part and 3 partly. No patient died. The perm long-termnant hemiplegia appeared in 1 patient after the operation. Conclusions The appropriate application of TCD monitering to the microsurgery is helpful to reducing the postoperative cerebral ischemia and heightening the curvative effect in patients with sphenoid ridge meningiomas.
