摘  要:目的探讨丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶15(serine/threoninekinase15,STK15)在神经胶质瘤组织中的表达及其与胶质瘤临床病理分级的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测STK15在62例手术切除的胶质瘤组织及8例正常脑组织标本中的表达,并分析STK15在胶质瘤中的表达与胶质瘤病理分级的关系。结果STK15在胶质瘤组织中的阳性表达率为46.77%(29/62),在正常脑组织中表达率为0%(0/8),两者相较,相差显著(P<0.05);STK15基因的表达与胶质瘤病理分级呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与病人年龄、性别及肿瘤大小无关。结论STK15基因可能在胶质瘤发生发展中起作用,提示其过表达程度可作为判定胶质瘤恶性程度新的指标。Objectives To explore the expression of serine/threonine kinase15 (STK15) in gliomas and its relationship with the pathological grades of gliomas. Methods The expression of STK15 gene was determined by immunohistochemistry method in 62 cases of gliomas and 8 cases of normal brain tissues. The relationship between STK15 expression level in gliomas and pathological grade was analyzed. Results The positive rate of STK15 expression was 46.77% (29/62) in the gliomas, There was no expression of STK15 in all the normal brain tissues. There was significant difference in the positive expression rate of STK15 between the gliomas and normal brain tissues (P〈0.05). STK15 expression level was positively related to pathological grades of gliomas, but not to patients' age and sex, and size of the tumors. Conclusions STK15 may play a role in the pathogenesis and development of glioma. It is suggested that the overexpression of STK 15 may be a marker of malignant glioma.
