摘　　要：目的探讨泪道激光成形联合泪道植管术对泪道阻塞的治疗效果。方法68例(85眼)泪道阻塞行泪道激光成形联合泪道植管手术,术后随访,观察泪道引流泪液功能的恢复情况。结果随访半年以上,经泪道冲洗,77眼泪道保持通畅(90.59%),7眼通而不畅(8.3%),1眼不通(1.18%)。结论泪道激光联合泪道植管术治疗泪道阻塞是一种有效的方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of combined Nd： YAG laser with intubation for obstruction of lacrimal passage. Methods 68 patients （85 eyes）with obstruction of lacrimal passage were treated with combined Nd： YAG laser and intubation, recovery of function of lacrimal passage was observed. Results The mean follow-up was 6 months, there were 85 eyes with the complete unobstruction （90.6%） ,7 eyes with the uncomplete unobstruction（8.2% ） and 1 eye with the obstruction （1.2%）, which evaluated by irrigating test of the lacrimal passage. Conclusions Combined Nd ： YAG laser with intubation is an useful method to treat the obstruction of lacrimal passage.
