摘  要:目的探讨高海拔条件下铁路施工人员眼外伤的发生规律及救治特点。方法对来我院诊治的126例青藏铁路工人患者进行性别、年龄、受伤眼别、就诊时间、上高原时间、致伤原因、致伤性质、全身其他部位外伤及视力等项目进行统计分析。结果主要致伤原因为机械伤共44例(34.92%)。眼外伤性质主要为眼挫伤共52例(41.27%)。其中43例(34.13%)有全身其它部位外伤,以颌面部、头颅四肢伤居多。入院时盲目者23眼(17.16%),出院时盲目者8眼(5.97%)。结论高海拔地区铁路工人眼外伤发病率高,伴全身其它部位外伤者多,就诊距受伤时间较长,发生原因多与高原环境有关。Objective To investigate characteristic and treatment of ocular trauma occured in railway constructers working in high altitude regions. Methods 126 rail way working patients treated in our hospital were analyzed, which included gender, age, injured eyes, time of diagnosis, time of working in plateau, causes of trauma, traumatic characteristic, associated injuries and visual acuity. Results Main causes of trauma was machine(44 eyes, 34.92%). Most of ocular trauma were ocular contusion(S4 eyes, 41.27% ). Fourty - three patients(34.13% ) had associated injuries. The blind rate (visual acuity below 0.05 ) was 17.16% (23 eyes) before hospitalization and 5.97% (8 eyes) when leaving hospital. Conclusions The ocular trauma of railway constructers in high altitude regions had high incidence rate, most associated with injuries of other organs and late of visiting doctor. Most of causes were related with the environment of plateau.
