参麦注射液治疗蒽环类药物所致心脏毒性的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨参麦注射液治疗蒽环类药物所致心脏毒性的疗效与不良反应。方法:使用蒽环类药物化疗的癌症患者82例,随机分为两组:对照组(n=47);治疗组(n=35)使用参麦注射液50ml+5%葡萄糖注射液250ml,静脉滴注,每天1次,21天为1个疗程。结果:治疗组有效率(CR+PR)48.6%,对照组有效率42.6%,两者间差异无显著性(P>0.05),治疗组心脏毒性低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组骨髓抑制明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:参麦注射液对蒽环类药物化疗造成的毒副作用有一定的防治作用,减轻化疗所致的血液学毒性和心脏毒性,值得进一步研究。Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect and toxicity of Shenmai injection treatment for patients with cardio - toxicity of anthracycline. Methods： In a radomized tvla1,82 patients with malignamt tumor who received combined chemotherapy were derided into treatment group （ Shenmai injection 50ml ＋ chemotherapy, n = 35 ） and control group（ only chemotherapy,n = 47 ）. Results： The effective rates of two groups showed no marked difference （treatment group 48.6% , control group 42.6% ）. Cardio - toxicity was more serious in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Leucopenia had very significant differences between two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Shenmai injection can significantly reduce the side effect caused by chemotherapy of anthracycline, reduce the incidence of leuc -openia and cardio -toxicity to sustain the treatment.
