摘　　要：目的:探讨弥补烤瓷修复体颜色表达不足及体现个性特征的手段。方法:对烤瓷冠采用外源性染色技术进行再加工,观察临床效果。结果:31例烤瓷冠进行外源性染色,效果满意。结论:外源性染色技术是弥补烤瓷修复体颜色欠佳及个性特征体现的一种可行方法。Objective To explore a method for repairing the color defect of porcelain-fused-to-metal crown （PFM） and expressing individual character, Methods To reproduce the PFM with surface stain technique and watch results. Results 31 cases of PFM were stained and showed satisfying results. Conclusion Surface stain technique is an effective method for repairing the color defect of PFM and expressing individual character.
