Beyond冷光美白仪治疗氟斑牙临床评价

摘　　要：目的:观察Beyond冷光美白仪漂白氟斑牙的疗效。方法:实验组40例患者以Beyond冷光美白仪进行漂白,对照组40例患者以奥伦漂白剂家庭漂白治疗。用Vita比色板进行美白治疗前后颜色的对比。半年后复查,再比较两种方法漂白效果。结果:实验组的脱色显效率为87.5%,对照组的显效率为52.5%,两者差异有显著性(P<0.01)。半年后复查发现,两组均有不同变化,但两者之间漂白效果仍有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:Beyond冷光美白对氟斑牙脱色有效,且安全、快速。Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of Beyond cold light tooth whitening kit on bleaching dental fluorosis. Methods The teeth of 40 patients were bleached with Beyond cold light tooth whitening kit, and the others of 40 patients were bleached with hydrochloric acid as control group. The changes of teeth color were evaluated by VITA shade guide matching after treatment. 6 months later the effect was also compared by recheck. Results The effective rate （87.5%） of experimental group was significantly higher than that （52.5%） of control group （P〈0.01）.The two groups had bleaching effect after 6 months, and there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Beyond cold light tooth whitening kit is proved to be an effective, safe and quick method on bleaching dental fluorosis.
