摘  要:目的探讨不同分化程度和组织学类型的膀胱癌患者血清肝细胞生长因子(HGF)和其肿瘤组织c-met表达水平的差异。方法用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)法测定术前患者血清HGF水平,免疫组织化学法测定其肿瘤组织中c-met的表达水平。结果高分化、中分化、低分化和对照组血清HGF水平分别为(4.32±0.58)、(5.67±0.63)、(6.81±0.42)、(1.96±0.23)μmol/ L,高分化组低于低分化组和对照组(P<0.05),中分化组低于低分化组(P<0.05);而不同组织学类型之间的血清HGF水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。移行细胞癌组织c-met表达明显高于鳞癌和腺癌(P<0.05),但是在高、中、低不同分化组中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清HGF水平可以作为判断膀胱癌分化程度的指标,但其表达程度与组织学类型无关。c-met在移行上皮细胞癌膀胱癌患者组织表达明显增高,但与肿瘤分化程度无关。Objective To explore the difference of serum concentration of HGF and the expression level of c-met in the urinary bladder carcinoma tissue with different differentiation and histological types. Methods The serum HGF was measured by ELISA and the c-met expression was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The concentration of HGF in well-differentiated, moderately differentiated ,poorly differentiated and control groups was (4.32 ± 0.58), (5.67± 0.63), (6.81±0.42) and (1.96±0.23) μmol/L respectively and that of well-differentiated group was lower than that of moderately differentiated and control groups (P 〈 0.05),and that of moderately differentiated was lower than that of poorly differentiated group (P〈 0.05). Positive ratio of c-met in transitional cell carcinoma was higher than that in the squamous cell cancer and adenocarcinoma (P〈0.05 ), however, There was no sig- nificant difference in the expression of c-met among different differentiated groups (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion HGF can be applied as the index for judging the differentiation level of bladder carcinoma but is not related with the histological types. The expression of c-met in transitional cell carcinoma is higher than that in quamous cell cancer and adenocarcinoma, but is not related with the differentiation level.
