摘  要:目的探讨乳腺癌中白细胞介素(IL)-10和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达及其对树突状细胞(DC)的影响。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测71例乳腺浸润性导管癌中IL-10和VEGF的表达及S100+DC和CD1a+DC的分布情况,分析它们之间的关系。结果IL-10和VEGF的阳性率分别为69.0%(49/71)和70.4%(50/71)。S100+DC和CD1a+DC的阳性率分别为76.1%(54/71)和53 5%(38/71)。IL-10表达仅与CD1a+DC的密度呈负相关(r_s=-0.244,P<0.05),而VEGF表达与S100+DC和CD1a+DC的密度均呈负相关(分别r_s=-0,380,P<0.01和r_s=-0.476,P<0.01)。结论乳腺癌细胞分泌的IL-10和VEGF可能通过抑制DC的产生和分化成熟而抑制机体对肿瘤细胞的免疫杀伤作用。Objective To explore the expression of IL-10 and VEGF and their influence on dentritic cells (DCs) in breast carcinoma. Methods The expression of IL-10 and VEGF and the distribution of S100 + DC and CDla + DC in 71 cases of breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma were examined by immunohistochemistry and their relations were analyzed. Results The positive rates of IL-10 and VEGF were 69.0 % ( 49/71 ) and 70.4 % ( 50/71 ) respectively. The positive rates of S100 + DC and CD1a + DC were 76.1% (54/71) and 53.5% (38/71) respectively. The expression of IL-10 was only negatively correlated with CDla + DC ( rs = - 0. 244, P 〈 0.05 ), while the expression of VEGF was both negatively correlated with S100 + DC and CDla + DC ( rs = - 0. 380, P 〈 0.01 and rs= = - 0. 476, P〈 0.01 respectively). Conclusion IL-10 and VEGF secreted by breast cancer cells may inhibit the immune killing function of patients through suppressing the development and mature of DCs.
