摘　　要：目的探讨肾细胞癌中干细胞关键转录因子Oct4的表达情况及意义,并探讨Oct4的表达同肾细胞癌分型和分期的关系。方法分别采用免疫组织化学对27例和逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)对10例肾细胞癌组织病理标本进行Oct4表达的检测。结果在绝大多数(25/27)的肾细胞癌标本中有4．6%～5．5%的Oct4阳性细胞,RT-PCR显示10例肾细胞癌组织在相应位置均出现目的基因Oct4的条带,正常肾皮质组织和癌旁组织并没有出现Oct4条带。Oct4表达的阳性率及强度与肾细胞癌分期和分型无明显相关。结论肾细胞癌组织中有少量表达全能干细胞标志物Oct4的细胞,是否为肾癌干细胞有待进一步研究。Objective To study the expression of Oct4 in renal cell carcinomas andits significance. Methods In 27 cases of renal cell carcinomas the expressions of Oct4 was detected by using immunohistochemistry, and in 10 cases of renal cell carcinomas the expressions of Oct4 was assayed by using reverse transcription-PCR. Results Twenty-five of 27 cases of renal cell carcinomas had the expression of Oct4 in about 4.6 % -5.5 % cancer cells. Two renal cell carcinomas all had the expression of Oct4 mRNA, but in normal renal cortex and the tissues adjacent to neoplasmas the expression of Oct4 was not detectable. The rate and level of Oct4 expression had no significant correlation with the Robson grade and pathological pattern of renal cell carcinomas. Conclusion Since Oct4 was one important marker of multipotence,the expression of Oct4 showed there might exist renal cell carcinomas stem cells.
