摘  要:针对新兴的虚拟制造系统,在分析现代制造的基础上,提出了虚拟制造系统中的一些概念,讨论了其建模层次和体系结构.In connection with the newly developed virtual manufacturing technology and from the point of view of information integration for manufacturing activities, it is suggested that the realization of the transfer of the manufacture prototype of a “hard” product in a real manufacturing environment to that of a “soft” one in a virtual manufacturing environment and the quick development of an evaluation model for the new manufacturing system are two main tasks for a virtual manufacturing system (VMS). According to an actual modern model for manufacturing activities, some fundamental concepts of VMS are described. Three classes of model are presented for manufacturing activities and their functions in VMS are discussed. An open type system architecture of modeling and simulation for VMS is proposed.
