摘　　要：目的:探讨同一个体食管贲门双源癌组织P21WAF1蛋白变化特征及其意义。方法:采用组织病理学和免疫组化卵白素-生物素-过氧化物酶复合物(ABC)法,分析15例双源癌患者(同时发生食管鳞癌和贲门腺癌)P21WAF1蛋白的表达状况。结果:15例食管贲门双源癌患者食管鳞癌和贲门腺癌组织均出现不同程度的P21WAF1蛋白的阳性表达,食管鳞癌组织中阳性率为47%(7/15),贲门腺癌组织中阳性率为47%(6/15),免疫反应类型主要为弥漫型和镶嵌型。15例食管贲门双源癌患者食管鳞癌和贲门腺癌组织中P21WAF1蛋白一致性改变率为87%(13/15)。结论:食管贲门双源癌组织存在较高的P21WAF1蛋白表达一致性改变,提示河南食管癌高发区食管/贲门癌可能具有相似的分子机制。Objective ： To characterize the alterations of P21^WAF1 in concurrent cancers of the esophagus and gastric cardia （CC） from the same patient. Methods： P21^WAF1 protein expression was detected by immunohistochemical method （ABC） in 15 patients with concurrent cancers of the esophagus and gastric cardia in the same patient occurring together with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma （SCC） and gastric cardia ad （GCA）. Results ： In 15 CC patients, the immunoreactiving for P21^WAF1 protein was observed both in SCC and GCA tissues with different degrees. The positive immunostaining rates for P21^WAF1 were 47% （7/15） in SCC, 47% （7/15） in GCA. ＂Diffuse＂ and ＂Scattered＂ immunostaining pattern was frequently observed in P21^WAF1. The high coincidence of positive staining rates for P21^WAF1 was observed in SCC and GCA from the same patient, and accounted for 87% （13/15）. Conclusion： The frequent coincident alterations for P21^WAF1 in CC patients suggest the possibility of similar molecular basis involved in SCC and GCA.
