83例铸造桩核烤瓷冠在前牙残根冠修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察铸造桩核烤瓷冠在前牙残根残冠修复中的应用效果。方法:对62例患者共计83颗前牙残冠残根采用直接法或间接法制作铸造桩核,并行烤瓷全冠修复,观察修复体质量。结果:83颗患牙修复后经临床随访观察2~5年,成功78颗(93.95%)。结论:铸造桩核烤瓷全冠修复体是修复前牙残冠残根的有效方法。Objective： To observe the effect of cast post-core porcelain fused to metal crown on the restoration of residual root and crown of anterior. Methods ： 83 residual roots and crowns of anterior in 62 patients were repaired with cast post-core using direcet method or indig^ct method, then restored by porcelain in fused to metal crown. Results ： The patients were followed-up for 2 to 5 years after restoration. The effective rate reached 93.95%. Conclusion： The cast post-core porcelain fused to metal crown is an ideal technique for restoration of residual roots and crowns of anterior.
