食管支架治疗老年性食管贲门癌性狭窄的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:使用食管支架治疗晚期老年食管贲门癌性狭窄患者,并探讨其临床疗效。方法:过去6年间内,经内镜和X_线检查证实为晚期老年食管贲门癌患者24例,均合并有不同程度的食管狭窄。在胃镜引导下,置入食管金属支架,观察临床疗效。结果:所有患者的吞咽困难均有显著改善。术后1月内观察,发现出现胸部疼痛6例,吞咽困难2例,呼吸困难和反流性食管炎各1例。结论:金属支架可以显著地改善老年食管贲门癌性狭窄,改善临床症状,可以提高患者的生活质量,延缓生命等。Objective： To treat the stenosis of esophageal-cardio carcinoma in, elderly patients using lntra-esophageal metal stents, and evaluate the clinical effects. Methods： 24 elderly patients with esophageal-cardio carcinoma were recruited in our hospital in the past 6 years, and confirmed the esophageal stenosis using gastroscopy and X-rayed examination. Metal stents were placed under the. guide of gastroscopy, and the clinical effects were evaluated retrospectively. Results ： Dysphagia was found to be improved significantly after stent placement. There were 6 cases showing chest pain, 2 cases with dysphagia and 1 case with dyspnea and 1 case with gastro-esophageal month observation. Conclusion： Usage of metal stent is able to decrease dysphagia of patients with esophageal-cardio carcinoma, improve patient＇s life quality.
