几种Cu（Ⅱ）－氨基酸络合物的SOD样活性及配体结构对活性的影响

摘　　要：制备了数种作为ＳＯＤ模拟物的Ｃｕ（Ⅱ）－氨基酸络合物，在ｐＨ＝７．８及（２０．０±０．５）℃条件下，用细胞色素Ｃ法测定了各络合物对超氧阴离子自由基Ｏ－２歧化反应的催化活性，得到了催化速率常数ｋｃａｔ，其值比非催化速率常数ｋ提高了４～５个数量级。讨论了配体分子结构对络合物ＳＯＤ样活性的影响，并对实验结果作了初步解释。Some copper(Ⅱ)-amino acid complexes as analogues of SOD were prepared.The activities of these complexes catalyzing dismutation of superoxide anion radical O-2 were measured by cytochrome C method at(20.0±0.5)℃and pH=7.8.The apparent catalytic rate constants kcat were obtained, these kcat are 104￣105 times the value of the noncatalytic rate constants.The effect of structure of ligand and molecules on the SOD-like activities of these complexes were discussed.
