论异地为官的文化意义——以明清时期商洛官师的地缘结构为例

摘　　要：我国古代有异地为官的制度,商洛的地方志印证了这一制度。然而,学术界迄今尚无对商洛地方官师的地缘结构的研究。根据地方志资料,笔者对商洛州级和县级官师的祖籍地进行了统计,并对这些外省籍官师在商洛产生的文化意义进行了探讨。研究表明,异地为官基本上坚持的是就近委派原则,即邻近省份的官师居多。这就使商洛文化呈现出了与官师地缘吻合的特征,他们也为商洛文化的发展做出了积极的贡献。同时,这种研究方法为地域文化研究作了新的尝试。There were officializations in alien district in ancient China, and the Shangluo chorography proves this. However there is no such study.so far. Based on chorography, statistical study on the birth place of the officials in Shangluo on county and prefecture level is done and the cultural significance of officials from other provinces working in Shangluo is discussed.The study shows that officialization in alien district basically followed the principle of adjacency, i.e. mostly from the adjoining provinces.Thus the Shangluo culture takes the feature that goes with the place where these officials came from.They also made positive contributions to the development of Shangluo culture, and this study method also presents an attempet to the local cultural study.
