摘 要:提出了无密封转子泵的设计理念,设计了一种无密封转子泵。针对其两叶或三叶转子,介绍了摆线转子型线的组成、主要参数和型线方程,提出了转子型线设计要求及优化设计方法,就摆线转子型线建立了以排量最优为目标的型线优化设计模型和内泄模型,给出了依据转子泵内泄来确定转子实际型线的方法,完成了一个设计实例。通过比较,无密封转子泵相比传统的转子泵结构较为紧凑。A conceptual design of no-sealing rotor pump is put forward and a type of structure is designed. The composition, main parameter and curve equation of cycloid rotor with two or three leaves are described. Design requirements and optimizing method of rotor curve are put forward, too To cycloid rotor curve, the optimizing design method aiming at optimal displacement and inner leaking model are constructed, the actual curve computation in accounting with pump's inner leak is given also. A design example is carried out, through comparison, the result shows that no-sealing rotor pump is more compact than the traditional.
