发头裸腹(氵蚤)室内培养的研究

摘　　要：在21～23℃温度下,以有机肥培养的栅藻、细菌等作为食物,用间收方式培养发头裸腹(氵蚤),在该(氵蚤)培养液中保持栅藻密度为10万/毫升,经1个月实验,在0.15立方米水体中共采收鲜(氵蚤)131克,(氵蚤)个体密度最高达7828个/升,密度拐点为2.5个/毫升。This paper deals with the technology of culturing water fleas (Moina irrasa) in lab with the Scenedesmus and bacteria as food. The Scenedesmus and bacteria were cultivated with organic fertilizer and the Scenedemus concentration in the medium of water fleas was kept at 100 000/ml. In a culture period of one month, the water fleas was gathered intermittently for 11 times and the total yield (fresh weight) of water fleas in 0. 15 m3 water was 131g, The maximum abandance of the water fleas reached 7 828/L,and the inflection point was at 2. 5/ml.
