摘 要:目的:通过对比WaveScan波前像差仪验光和显然验光结果,探讨WaveScan波前像差仪验光结果的准确性。方法:选取2005年8月~2006年3月在我院行LASIK矫正近视和散光的患者135人(256眼),按屈光度分低度、中度和高度近视3组,将波前像差仪检查和显然验光的球镜、柱镜和等效球镜进行统计学分析。结果:在低度近视组,两种验光结果的球镜值相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),柱镜和等效球镜的度数,波前像差仪的验光结果均较显然验光结果高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在中、高度近视组,波前像差仪的验光结果等效球镜和显然验光结果相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),球镜较显然验光低,而柱镜较显然验光高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:WaveScan波前像差仪测量低度近视的球镜,中高度近视的等效球镜结果准确可靠。Objective: To compare the refraction results measured with WaveScan aberrometer and manifest refraction. Methods: WaveScan aberrometer and manifest refraction were used respectively to measure the refractive errors in 256 eyes of 135 patients.The eyes were divided into 3 groups according to the degree of myopia.The sphere ,cylinder and spherical equivalent of each group were analyzed by statistic software. Results: In low myopia group,the sphere refractions measured by two methods had no statistical difference,but the cylinder and spherical equivalent refractions measured by WaveScan were higher than those by manifest refraction.In moderate and high myopia group,the spherical equivalent refractions measured by the two methods had no statistical difference,the sphere measured by WavaScan were lower while the cylinder were higher.The differences of the measured data were statistically significant. Conclusion: The sphere of low myopia and spherical equivalent of moderate and high myopia measured by WaveScan aberrometer are accurate and reliable.
