摘　　要：应用模糊数学的基本原理建立了物业管理项目风险的模糊综合评价模型,采用层次分析法确定了各风险因素的权重,提出了物业管理项目风险的评价指标体系,并通过风险评价的实例阐明了模糊综合评价模型的应用.The fuzzy comprehensive assessment model of property management project risk is established by applying the basic principles of fuzzy mathematics, while the weights of various risk factors are introduced by using analytic hierarchy process in this paper. The article states the norm system for assessment of property management project risk, and illustrates the application of the fuzzy comprehensive assessment model with a case of risk assessment.
