摘　　要：自Modigliani和Miller提出MM理论以来,资本结构问题一直是理论界和实务界关注的焦点。本文在对资本结构理论研究、资本结构影响因素实证研究及资本结构与企业价值实证研究进行综述的基础上,分析现有资本结构理论与实证研究存在的不足,提出进行区域资本结构研究的设想。Since Modigliani and Miller put forward the famous MM theory, capital structure has been the focus of theoretical researchers and practitioners. On the basis of reviewing the capital structure theory, the paper empirically researches the determinants of capital structure and the relevance between capital structure and enterprise value. Then an analysis of their existing limitation is made with the design of the area capital structure presented.
