芯层纸浸胶工艺研究

摘　　要：酚醛树脂浸渍高压装饰板芯层纸，试验了1次浸胶、2次浸胶、浸胶辊压工艺，并通过性能测试表明：芯层浸渍纸中挥发物含量对高压装饰板的耐沸水性能及其抗拉强度的影响甚大，采用浸胶辊压工艺，烘干温度120℃，烘干时间为3min、挥发物含量控制在7％～10％，为最佳工艺。Three methods of phenolic impregnated kraft paper were studied, first soak in glue, the secondary soak in glue, and soak in glue and the press rolled. The result showed that ： the surface quality of the high - pressure - decorated laminates, the capability of the endurance of the boiling water, tensile strength and so on all could be realized by controlling the content of the volatile. It could obtain well in tension after 3 min＇ s drying when adopting the press rolled, the content of the volatile was controlled between 7% and 10%.
