摘　　要：目的:探讨右旋糖酐20葡萄糖注射液是否适用于细菌内毒素检查法。方法:采用中国药典2000版附录[1]细菌内毒素检查法。结果:右旋糖酐20葡萄糖注射液对细菌内毒素检测无干扰作用。结论:右旋糖酐20葡萄糖注射液适用于细菌内毒素检查法。Objective：To establish a method for the determination of bacterial endotoxin of dextran 20 glucose for injection; Methods：According the method of bacterial endotoxin determination approved by chinese pharmacopoeia 2000 edition.Results： The dextran 20 glucose for injection did not interfere the determination of bacterial endotoxin,Conclusion：The determination of bacterial endotoxin may be used to dextran 20 glucose for injection.
