摘 要:目的:探讨多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统对于肿瘤诊断的临床应用价值。方法:使用多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测仪检测46例健康体检者、63例已知的各期各种肿瘤患者和39例良性疾病患者的12种肿瘤标志物。结果:63例肿瘤患者中,51例结果异常,阳性率为80.95%,显著高于健康体检者与良性疾病患者(P<0.05)。被检测46例健康体检者中,一项以上超出参考值范围的结果有9例,占19.57%。结论:多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统具有较高灵敏度和特异性,对肿瘤的早期诊断具有一定的价值。Objective:To study the value of protein chip system for multl-tumor markers detection in the diagnosis of tumor. Methods:We screened for 12 tumor biomarkers in samples from a known cancer group of 43 cancer patients at different clinical stages, and from control group of 46 healthy people,and 29 patients with benign disease. Results:51 results, which was 80.95 percent of 63 cancer patients, were detected abnormally by protein biochip, the tumor group had significantly higher positive rate than that of the controls. Nine abnormal results beyond reference ranges were found in 46 healthy controls, the positive rate was 19.57%. Conclusions:The higher sensitivity and specificity achieved by the combined use of the selected biomarkers especially show great potential for the early detection of the cancers. Application of multi-tumor markers protein biochip is helpful for the earlier diagnosis in tumor.
