摘　　要：虚拟园区伴随现代信息技术的发展而诞生。以技术为核心的园区运作受到了普遍关注。本文以国际和国内典型的园区运作为例,认为虚拟园区的运作是不仅要靠市场,还要靠政府;不单是企业参与,更需要高校和科研单位及中介服务组织的融合。Virtual zone based on the technology comes into being with development of morden information technology. Widespread attention has been paid in it. The article take the typical virtual zone at home and abroad as example, and consider its operation not only market but also governmental. It requires all social units including enterprises, institutes, Intermediation services and so on.
