摘 要:在MM-1000型摩擦试验机上对车轮钢和高磷铸铁闸瓦、H300制动盘和HZ408闸片的制动颤振问题进行了试验,研究了制动初速度、制动压力对颤振的影响,分析了摩擦力-速度负斜率对制动颤振的影响。结果表明,制动初速度对制动颤振有较大影响,制动初速度越大,制动颤振的强度就越大;摩擦力-速度负斜率数值大小对制动颤振没有明显的影响,说明摩擦力-速度负斜率关系不是制动颤振产生的根本原因。A series of brake chatter tests were performed using specified wheel steel of railway vehicles rubbing against cast iron pad with a large quantity of phosphorus and H300 cast iron disc with a low alloy rubbing against HZ408 composite pad on a friction test machine of type MM-1000. Influences of initial brake speeds and brake pressures on brake chatter were investigated. Effect of the negative friction-speed slope on brake chatter was also studied. The result shows that the initial brake speed has a distinct influence on brake chatter. The brake chatter is aggravated with increasing initial brake speed. It is found that the occurrence of brake chatter dose not depend on the value of negative friction-speed slope. That suggests that the generation of brake chatter could not be attributed to the negative friction-speed slope.
