摘　　要：依据时域和频域卷积定理对信号的调制与解调过程进行了详细地分析,并用MAT-LAB软件的快捷、方便、准确的特点对其过程进行仿真,得到了比较满意的结果。将其仿真的过程应用于理论和实验教学中,这非常有利于激发学生的学习兴趣和全面推进素质教育、创新教育。The signal modulation and demodulation course was analysed in details according to time and frequence convolution theorem, and simulated with the swiftness, convenience and accuracy of Matlab software. The result was satisfied. It is helpful to apply this course of simulation to the theory and experiment teaching in quality-oriented and innovative education.
