摘 要:目的:观察加味四逆散对大鼠恶劣心境障碍模型海马单胺类神经递质的影响。方法:选择OPEN-FIELD法评分相近的40只成年SD雄性大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、氟西汀组、加味四逆散小剂组和加味四逆散大剂组,每组各8只。应用分养和长期不可预见性中等强度应激造成大鼠恶劣心境障碍模型。以HPLC-EC法对照研究恶劣心境障碍大鼠海马单胺类神经递质的改变。结果:①与对照组比,模型组海马NE和5-HT含量下降。②与模型组比,氟西汀组、加味四逆散小剂组和大剂组海马NE和5-HT含量升高。结论:结果提示恶劣心境障碍模型大鼠海马去甲肾上腺素和5-羟色胺的量降低,加味四逆散对恶劣心境障碍的治疗机理可能与升高海马NE和5-HT的含量,平衡去甲肾上腺素能和5-羟色胺能神经的功能状态有关。Objective: To investigate the effect of Jiawei Sini Powder on monoamine transmitters in Hippocampus of Rat Dysthymic disorder model. Methods: Male Sprague - Dauley rats were randomly allocated to five groups as follows: control, Fluoxetine, Jiawei Sini Powder Ⅰ( general dose)and Jiawei Sini Powder Ⅱ (overdose). The rat Dysthymic disorder model was produced by separation and chronic unpredictable mild stress. The behavior of rat was detected by open - field test, HPLC - EC was used to study the changes of monoamine transmitters in the hippocampus of rat Dysthymic disorder model. Results : The results showed that NE and 5 - HT were lower in the model rats. NE and 5 - HT were higher in the Jiawei Sini Powder and Fluoxetine. Conclusion: These data suggest that the monoamine transmitters in Hippocampus of rat Dysthymic disorder model are decrease. Jiawei Sini Powder was effective in the treatment of Dysthvmic disorder.
