介入技术诊治非门脉性消化道出血

摘　　要：目的探讨介入技术对非门脉性消化道出血的诊治价值。方法回顾性分析11例应用介入技术成功诊治的非门脉性消化道出血患者。结果11例非门脉性消化道出血患者均经介入技术诊断证实,其中4例行明胶海绵动脉栓塞治疗后出血停止,1例行动脉内灌注垂体后叶素出血停止,另6例经外科手术治疗后痊愈。结论对非门脉性消化道出血,介入技术是一种值得选择的微创诊治手段。Objective To study the value of interventional technology in diagnosis and therapy of the non -portal vein gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods Eleven non -portal vein gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results The eleven patients with non - portal vein gastrointestinal hemorrhage were proved by interventional technology. The hemorrhage of four patients were stopped by appling gelfoam to embolize arterial. The hemorrhage of one patient was stopped by infusing vasopression in arterial. The others were recovered by surgical operation. Conclusion The interventional technology is an important method in diagnosing and therapy of the non - portal vein gastrointestinal hemorrhage.
