摘　　要：目的：探讨人工膝关节置换治疗近膝部骨巨细胞瘤的效果。方法：对10例人工全膝关节置换术进行临床分析和总结。结果：人工全膝关节置换术治疗骨巨细胞10例，随访1-3年，平均1年4个月，无1例复发，无感染、松动和断裂现象。应用HSS膝关节评分进行分析，优8例，良2例，优良率为100％。结论：近膝关节部骨巨细胞瘤采用瘤段截除，人工全膝关节置换术的手术方法，效果满意。Objective： To study the clinical effect of total knee arthroplasty in treating giant cell tumor （GCT）. Methods＂ From August 2000 to April 2004, 10 patients with GCT were treated by total knee arthroplasty. Results： All cases were followed-up for 1-3 years with an average period of 1 year and 4 months, the result was evaluated as excellent in 8 cases and good in 2 cases according to the HSS score system. The rate of excellent and good was 100%. There was no infection, loosening or breakage of prosthesis noted. Conciusion： The outcome of total knee arthroplasty for treatment of GCT near the knee is satisfactory.
