摘　　要：目的给使用CEF化疗方案(即环磷酰胺、表阿霉素、5-氟尿嘧啶)的乳腺癌术后病人提供沙棘提取物以改善化疗药物的心肌损害。方法将全部病例分成实验组和对照组,使用CEF方案常规化疗,实验组于化疗前一周开始服用沙棘提取物(300 mg/d),对照组服用安慰剂,分别观察心电图、左室功能和心肌酶的变化。结果当表阿霉素累积量达到480 mg/m2时,实验组出现心律失常和ST-T段改变的比例分别为6.7%和13.3%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组左室射血分数(LEVF)与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义,而与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组血清肌酸肌酶(CK)升高者1例(3.3%),与对照组(13.3%)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论沙棘提取物在改善乳腺癌术后化疗病人心肌毒性方面具有较好疗效。Objective To study the effect of buckthom abstract on the breast cancer patients who need chemotherapy with CEF in order to reduce the cardiac toxicity. Methods All the 60 patients were divided into experimental group and controlled group（ n = 30）. All the patients were chemotherapied with CEF scheme rgularly. Experimental group took buckthom abstract a week before chemotherapy （300 mg/d）, controlled group took placebo with the same dose at the same time. The changes were observed in electrocardiogram （ECG）, LVEF and myoeadial enzyme. Results When epirubicin cumulative reached to 480 mg/m^2, the rate of arrhythrnia and ST - T change in experimental group were 6.7 % and 13.3 %, which were differed from controlled group（ P 〈 0.05）, LEVF in experimental group differed from controlled group（ P 〈 0.05）. Myocadial enzyme of experimental group（3.3%）differed from controlled group（13.3%） significantly（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Buckthorn abstract has well effect on reducing the cardiac toxicity of the breast cancer patients with chemtherapy.
