摘　　要：T138067是一类在磺胺结构基础上合成的新化合物,由于其独特的以微管为作用靶点,已成为抗肿瘤治疗研究的热点之一。现综述其抗肿瘤作用机制、应用研究、抗耐药性等方面的研究进展。T138067 is a new compound synthesized on the basis of sulfonamide drugs. It becomes one of the hotspots in the anti-tumor drugs study because of its binding to microtubule uniquely. This paper reviews research advancement on the anti-tumor mechanism, anti-muhidrug resistance of T138067 and its clinic research.
