摘　　要：分子靶向药物,如表皮生长因子受体酪氨酸激酶抑制剂,是近年来在血液和实体肿瘤治疗中涌现出的新治疗手段。现就表皮生长因子受体酪氨酸激酶抑制剂Iressa在非小细胞肺癌治疗中的进展作一综述。Molecular targeted therapies, such as the epidermal growth factor receptor （EGFR） tyrosine kinase inhibitors （TKI） , have emerged as a novel approach to the treatment of both hematological and solid tumors in recent years. This paper reviews the progress in treatment of non- small cell lung cancer with Iressa.
