摘　　要：介绍了自行研制的农业物料流变特性试验机的结构和工作原理，以及通过蠕变、应力松驰。The structure and working principle of the testing machine with rheological properties for agricultural materials are introduced.The operative method of rheological property parameters is derived from creep,stress relaxation and stress strain tests.
