摘　　要：推出机构设计是压铸模设计的难点之一,本模具设计不采用推件机构,简化了模具结构。还介绍了模具工作过程,给出了压铸工艺参数,并且根据计算确定了抽芯力和抽芯距离。实践证明,该模具结构合理,布局紧凑,生产效率高,成型工件满足质量要求。Ejecting mechanism is a difficulty in design of die-casting die, A die without ejecting mechanism was designed; its simplified structure, working principle and technological parameters were discussed and the force and spacing of core-pulling was determined according to computing result. Practice showed that the die was feasible in structure and high in production efficiency.
