摘  要:对在云南省43个县采集到的1311个稻瘟病菌菌株的有性世代的研究结果表明:(1)在云南省MAT1-2的菌株数量较多,占能形成有性世代菌株数的62.8%;普文县等11个县市MAT1-1和MAT1-2两种交配型的菌株都有分布;而大理等3个县市只分离到MAT1-1交配型,昆明市等13个县市只分离到MAT1-2交配型。(2)云南陆稻上分离的稻瘟病菌中,能形成有性世代的菌株比例较高;有性世代形成能较高的两性菌株也较多。(3)在部分陆稻地块,两种交配型的菌株同时存在,甚至从同一病斑上都可分离到能互相交配的两种交配型的菌株。In a study on the distribution of the mating type of Magnaporthe grisea 1311 field strains were collected from rice in 43 counties of Yunnan Province, China. Each of the isolates was tested for mating type with MAT1 1 and MAT1 2 fertile (hermaphroditic) standard isolates (a laboratory strain isolated from the cross of two finger millet strains). The results show:(1) Strains of MAT1 2 were more than those of MAT1 1 in Yunnan, two mating types were found in 11 counties, only MAT1 1 strains present in 3 counties and MAT1 2 strains present in 13 counties. (2) The high ratio of perfect state formation was found in strains isolated from upland rice, and almost all hermaphroditic strains were isolated from upland rice . (3) Two mating types were present in a same site of upland rice fields, and sometimes present in one lesion. This suggests that the perfect state may be present in the pathogen in upland rice plants naturally in Yunnan.
