摘　　要：人才市场诚信体系是社会主义市场信用体系的重要组成部分,当前人才市场中存在的用人单位与应聘人才之间的纠纷已严重影响了社会安定和市场秩序,降低了全社会的资源配置效率。因此,加快产权制度改革,强化诚信制度建设,重构有中国特色的人才市场诚信体系尤为重要。The credit system of the talent market is an important constituent of socialism credit system. Currently, the dispute between employers and employees in talent market confused the social stability and the market order seriously. Both of them become the loser in the credit gambling process, which caused a lower efficiency of resource disposition in all society. So, it is very important to reconstruct the credit system of the talent market be provided with Chinese characteristic by studying and analyzing the degree and the range and the hazard of the credit lost in our talent market.
