影响手术器械污染因素的观察

摘　　要：检测表明，手术器械污染菌数随手术时间延长而增加，污染的菌类与空气中者较一致。以无菌单遮盖，用后及时擦去血迹，减少人员流动量，均可使器械污染菌量减少。The factors influencing microbial contamination of operation instruments in operating room were observed.The results of examination indicated that the total number of bacteria contaminating the operation instruments increased with increasing the operation time. Most of the contaminating bacteria were gram-positive bacteria,predominantly the cocci,which conformed to the bacterial content of the air in the operating room and the corridor.Covering with sterile drape,wiping out blood remnant and reducing man flow could reduce the bacteria contaminating the instruments.Changes of temperature and humidity within the ranges of 23.1～26.4℃ of temperature and 37.6%～50.0% of relative humidity did not influence significantly the number of bacteria contaminating the instruments.
