摘　　要：口语表达是秘书的基本功,在社交活动日益频繁的今天,秘书讲究口语表达艺术尤为重要。本文论述了秘书口语表达的重要性,强调秘书要善于说话,把握口语表达的特点、要求,掌握口语表达的技巧,才能成为能说会道的秘书。Oral expression is one basic ability of a secretary. Today it is extremely important for a secretary to pay more attention to his or her artistic oral expressions in more frequent social activities. This article deals with the importance of a secretary＇s oral expression, stresses that a secretary should be good at speaking, know the features and the requirements of his expressions, and master some oral expression skills so as to become a voluble secretary.
