二种农药对金鱼的急性毒性研究

摘　　要：用改进的寇氏法(karber)研究二种农药(乐果与敌敌畏)对金鱼(Carassius auratus)的急性毒性实验.急性试验经24、48、72、96 h的TLm值,乐果分别为297.17,289.13,259.12,238.67 mg/L;而敌敌畏分别为39.17,33.65,27.10,25.94 mg/L.其95%置信限乐果分别为284.25-310.67,275.17-303.81,243.33-275.93,223.98-254.33 mg/L;敌敌畏分别为35.77-42.91,30.78-36.79,24.10-30.47,23.30-28.89 mg/L.按照国家的毒性标准,敌敌畏对金鱼急性毒性属高毒,而乐果对金鱼的急性毒性属于中等毒性.The acute toxicity tests of two kinds of pesticide （dimethoate and dichlorvos） to goldfish （Carassius auratus） by using improved karber method are investigated. After 24, 48,72,96 h,the results show that dimethoate＇s TLm is 297. 17,289. 13,259. 12,238. 67 mg/ L and dichlorvos＇s TLm was 39.17,33.65,27. 10,25.94 mg/L,respectively. If the value of confidence level is 95%, the TLm of dimethoate was 284.25 - 310. 67,275.17 - 303.81, 243.33-275.93,223.98-254. 33 mg/L, while that of dichlorvos is 35.77-42.91,30.78- 36.79,24. 10-30.47,23.30-28.89 mg/L,respectively. According to the national standard of toxicity,dichlorvos belongs to high-toxicity pesticide and dimethoate belongs to middletoxicity pesticide for goldfish.
