鼻咽癌患者鼻咽分泌物中β_2微球蛋白测定

摘　　要：用特制装置收集33例鼻咽癌患者治疗前鼻咽部分泌物,以放射免疫法测定其β_2微球蛋白(β_2-MG)含量,并与30例正常人和19例慢性鼻咽炎病人对照。结果发现β_2-MG 均值:鼻咽癌组为4.06±2.01mg/L。慢性鼻咽炎组为1.74±1.04mg/L,正常人组为1.56±0.92mg/L.鼻咽癌组显著高于正常人和慢性鼻咽炎组(P<0.01)。提示鼻咽分泌物中β_2-MG 测定对鼻咽癌早期诊断有参考价值,其临床意义值得进一步探讨。Beta 2-microglobulin levels in nasopharyngeal se- cretion were assayed in 33 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,19 Patients with chronic nasopharyngeal infla- mation and 30 normal subjects.The results showed that the level of β_2-MG in nasopharyngeal secretion in pa- tients with nasopharyneal carcinoma increased significant- ly(P<0.01)compared with both normal adults and pa- tients with chronic nasopharyneal inflammation.The au- thers suggested that the level of β_2-MG should be impli- cated as possible in the diagnosis of NPC.
