摘　　要：根据能级管理原则,建立护理文书质量控制路径,即护士长-质量控制组-质量控制员-护士质量控制路径,实施全程质量管理措施。通过护士长、质量控制组、质量控制员、护士层层把关,责任到人,公开透明等管理手段,激发了护士的责任感和荣誉感,调动了护士的积极性,优化了病区护理文书质量管理过程,提高了护理文书的整体质量。Based on the principle of competence - level management,we set up the pathway of quality control for nursing documentation and implement the whole process of quality control, which including the head nurse, quality control team, quality control personnel and nurse. Through quality control by various levels and the management measures with open and clear responsibilities, the nurses＇ sense of responsibility and honor was motivated,their positivity was improved, the quality management of nursing documentation was optimized ,which further improved the general quality of nursing documentation.
