高淀粉马铃薯种质资源的鉴定及综合评价

摘　　要：对从国内外收集引进的382份马铃薯资源进行淀粉含量的分析测定，筛选出40份高淀粉含量种质资源。通过对其抗病性、耐贮性的进一步鉴定，结合农艺性状综合评价，得到5份高抗马铃薯晚疫病、耐贮性强、高淀粉含量、芽眼浅的优异马铃薯种质资源。From 382 potato germplasm resources, 40 materials with high starch content （≥ 17 % ）were obtained. Through the comprehensive evaluation of agronomic characters, disease resistance, and storage tolerance, five potato elites （ NS51 - 5, Comlo, Spunta, Gasore and Kexin 15 ） were selected with high starch content, resistance to late blight, storage tolerance and shallow eye of potato.
