摘  要:为探讨脑中神经递质与动物应激反应之间的关系,本研究运用双向上行层析法,测定了大鼠束缚浸水应激5 h后,脑组织中几种游离氨基酸的含量。结果表明:大鼠5 h束缚浸水应激后,脑中天冬氨酸(Asp)、谷氨酸(Glu)、谷氨酰胺(Gln)3种兴奋性氨基酸的含量,较对照组分别增加了69.19%(P<0.05)、77.42%(P<0.01)、136.84%(P<0.01)。但抑制性氨基酸γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)的含量变化不显著(P>0.05)。To investigate the relationship between the neurotransmitter in brain and the response to stress, the contents of free amino acid in brain tissue of two groups of rat were measured by biphase ascending development paper chromatography. The rats of control group ( n = 10), were given restraint alone under room temperature,the rats of stress group ( n = 10), suffered water- immersion restraint stress for 5h. Results showed that comparing with the control group, the contents of excitatory amino acid (EAA) in brains of stress group were significantly increased and the increasing amplitude of Asp, Glu, Gin were respectively 69.19% ( P 〈 0.05), 77.42% ( P 〈 0.01 ) and 136.84% ( P 〈0.01). However, the level of γ- amino-butyric acid (GABA), inhibitory amino acid were slightly reduced in the stress group( P 〈 0.05). These results indicate that water-immersion restraint stress induces the increase of EAA in the brain tissue of rats.
