摘　　要：图书馆传统的人事管理必须发展为人力资源管理;“以人为本”,优化图书馆的管理模式;造就图书馆的核心竞争力;改变图书馆组织结构以提高其功能,需要图书馆实行并加强人力资源的管理。The library should carry out and reinforce human resource management. The conventional human management should change into human resource management ; We should carry out and reinforce human resource management to put the concept ＂human- oriented＂ into effect and optimize the management mode of the library, construct the core competence of the library and change the organization configuration of the library to improve its function.
