摘　　要：非物质文化遗产是一种传统文化、一种“个人知识”。非物质文化遗产又是“非物质”的,不能简单地说它是物质文化还是精神文化。从“文化资本”这个角度去考察非物质文化遗产具有重大的理论与现实意义。Intangible heritage is a kind of traditional culture and personal knowledge.lntangible heritage is also something called “ immateriality”,so we can＇t simply regard it as material culture or spiritual culture.To understand intangible heritage from cultural capital scope is to be provided with important significance in theory and in reality.
