摘　　要：抗菌肽是生物防御系统产生的一类对抗外源性病原体的肽类物质,具有抗细菌、真菌、霉菌、病毒、原虫、癌细胞等多种活性,具有广阔的应用前景。本文就抗菌肽的分类、理化特征、结构、作用机制、基因工程、应用前景及存在问题等方面进行了简要综述。Antibacterial peptides are a class of peptides with anti-extrogenous pathogen activities. They are derived from biological defence system and possess antibacterial, anfifungus, antiviruses, antiparasite and anticancer cell actions. The antibacterial peptides types, and their physical and chemical characteristics, const ruction, antibacterial mechanism, genetic engineering, application foreground and the possible problems in clinical were summarized in this paper.
